| Job Description: |
One of the World`s leading Finance and Banking Organisation`s is seeking a highly experienced Senior Human Resources Manager.
The role is a permanent role and will be based in Doha, Qatar.
Key Responsibilities:
• Control costs associated with provision of human assets to the Business
• Deliver world class HR services to the Business within budget
• Implement globally consistent HR systems to improve efficiency
• Formulate people strategies to ensure timely provision of manpower to the Business
• Deliver cost effective learning and development services
• Attraction and Retention of employees
• Achieve Engagement, Performance Exits, HIPO retention and profit per employee as per Group benchmarks.
• Achieve Job Offer, Vacancy Gap, Job Rotation benchmarks.
• Develop resource pool of Qatari nationals with skills, capabilities and experience to secure the success of the Bank into the future
• Provide full Relationship Management support on performance management, HR policies, employee engagement activities and staff benefits
• Direct and support Business Units in creation of robust talent identification and management, and succession planning
• Monitor the effectiveness of the HR team in line with deliverables, efficiency and quality customer service. Mentor and develop staff to achieve key performance targets
• Ensure adherence to local labour laws and central bank regulations
Key Challenges:
• Implementing Regional and Global initiatives in the context of local constraints and requirements.
• Ability to find creative solutions to bank wide resource constraints while supporting a very fast paced, dynamic growth and change environment.
• Motivating and developing a diverse HR team.
• Implementing new HR systems and offshoring services
To apply for the role you will require the following:
• Ten years HR generalist experience at a middle to senior management level
• Banking sector experience an advantage
• Masters degree in Human Resources preferred
• Fluency in English essential, with the addition of Arabic a distinct advantage
