My client a leading international financial services firm is seeking an operation manager for their Japanese office. A global organisation they have recently experienced extensive growth and are arguably now the biggest players within the Japanese market. A senior level position reporting directly to their COO, they are looking for someone with very good Japanese and English, a strong understand ingJapanese culture and very hard working. Good experience of taking good process and making them great processes is essential and position has great degree of responsibility. Very strong product and expanding heavily at the moment due to their recent success. Salary circa $125-150K plus bonus plus benefits, negotiable for the right person. They have a lot to offer and this a great opportunity to rapidly accelerate your career with one of the leading players within the market.
Brief summary of role;
• Capacity Planning- creating developing and overseeing the business planning model for customer operations
• To direct and manage the key operational processes
• People management- responsibility for a small but diverse team including Team Leaders
• Project management- to develop and deliver service improvement through managing projects from concept through to integration
• Decision making- recruitment, performance KPI`s and disciplinary issues

Skills Required:: |
Strong operations management skills
Excellent Japanese and English
Good understanding Japanese culture
Experience working with FSA would be preferred |
