Projects Director
For mixed use development projects
Location: Saudi Arabia
Profile:
The Projects Director will be responsible for the implementation of company’s policy.
Communicate with the Client’s representatives continuously regarding project Progress
Propose in house Project management procedure to comply with Contract requirements and client’s procedures.
Establish and maintain specific project procedures for Design/Construction Supervision Management.
Prepare special report to client management to investigate any problem related to the scope of services and recommend solutions to client management.
Qualifications & Skills
Related University Degree in/or Civil Engineering / Architect / Project Management or other relevant degree
Fluent in English, with good written and oral communication..
Reporting and presentation skills.
Computer literate in Microsoft Office applications.
Knowledge of project planning software.
15- 20 years of experience.
Very strong Administration – Organization skills.
Wide Experience in buildings, and infrastructure, schools, hotels, offices, towers, shopping Malls, residential complexes projects.
Strong experience in design, site supervision and in project management of a team composed of international and local experts.
·Previous Experience as Country Manager, Vice President or Project Director will be considered an asset.
