Executing endorsed plans and programs to achieve set goals, Implementing the produced shop drawings, MEP works, structural specifications and calculations, and ensuring that they are developed as required, Reproducing shop drawings when necessary and finalizing the as-built drawings according to the specifications and contract conditions, Correlating the drawings with contract requirements and ensuring that relevant codes and regulations are being incorporated and followed, Preparing, revising and approving Requests for Information (RFIs) submitted to the client, Providing on-site technical assistance to the project staff and efficiently resolving technical problems, Ensuring that all discrepancies related to contract interpretation, shop drawings finalization and specifications incorporation were resolved in a professional manner, Leading technical meetings with consultants, subcontractors and clients to amend/ approve the required drawings, Engaging in the development of systems and procedures related to the practice of engineering activities and making sure that all drawings and related documents are being properly communicated and maintained, Making sure that all clients claims are being resolved and their requirements are being met as appropriate regarding the building drawings, Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by the Project Manager. Preparing periodic reports with respect to the department`s activities and achievements to be submitted to the Project Manager. |
