We are looking to hire:
Customer Care Agents with Dutch for Sofia, Bulgaria
For Euroccor, a Bulgarian company with Belgian roots that provides Customer Care Services for different Belgian companies and currently expanding its team of already 20 Dutch speaking staff members.
As a Customer Care Agent the following tasks are your main responsibilities:
• Incoming calls
- you answer questions of customers about invoices
- you provide information to potential customers concerning the available services
- you help new customers with their registration
• Outgoing calls
- you contact the customers to check the data
- you contact the customers to keep the customer data up-to-date
• Administrative tasks
- you take care of the commercial correspondence
- you manage the e-mails of the customers
- you identify and classify the letters of the customers
