•Provide reliable, responsive and appropriate resolutions to the most complex, critical and highest impact tickets related to Check Point products
•Replicating customer’s issues in-house
•High level troubleshooting
•Expertise in very complex scenarios
•Daily basis phone and email exchange updating the customer
•Account managing for high level profile big customers
•Strong focus on customer satisfaction

Skills Required:: |
•Very high technical skills
•High level of Japanese & English- International customers
•Experience in working with TCP/IP, Layer 2-4
•High level of Networking, (Experience of developed network programming an advantage)
•Experience with Linux and other Operating Systems
•Experience in System and Helpdesk
