| Job Description: |
Position Responsibilities:
Implementations of various systems include desktop PCs, servers, network equipment, and software applications.
Responsible for evaluate, test, and deploy all software for organization and customers.
Manage & troubleshoot all software that organization has implemented in customer sites.
Research, evaluate and recommend system technologies to support business requirements.
Proactive monitoring of all servers, applications and services using a combination of tools to ensure high availability and SLAs.
Creates and maintains good documentation.
Provides emergency on-call support.
Perform on-site and remote technical support.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
The IT Specialist should be experienced in support Microsoft products. Must have a strong familiarity with PC hardware, software and peripherals in a Windows environment.
Must possess strong analytical interpersonal, and communication skills and have the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Requires a Degree/Diploma or equivalent skill gained through experience coupled with 3+ years of experience in systems.

Good communication/sales skills and UAE D/L is an added value. Salary depends on overall qualifications. |
