| Job Description: |
As senior members of the Process Engineering Team, the Lead Process Engineers must deliver the design of safe and cost effective process plant. In EPC phase, the multi-million dollar projects frequently demand teams of up to twenty process engineers. The job therefore requires:
- First class team management skills, to ensure that the process team delivers high quality work, on time, and within manhour budget
- Proactive approach to the identification of barriers to team performance, and the timely resolution of such challenges
- Sound commercial awareness
- Ability to maintain, or exceed, schedule and to deliver excellence
- Wide range of process design engineering experience, covering several process technologies
- Sound understanding of process plant operation, management, maintenance, and commissioning
- Strong awareness of international regulatory compliance with respect to safety/environmental risk

Skills Required:: |
Degree in Chemical Engineering
Corporate membership of the Institute of Chemical Engineers
Significant experience gained in hydrocarbon industry
Proven track record in the leadership of EPC process teams
Sound understanding of process engineering design methods and work process, gained within a process contracting environment.
