| Job Description: |
« Work within and manage a team in undertaking process design for company‘¦s projects
« Ensure the highest standard of design and documentation is applied in the most efficient manner to meet required standards of the practice and the client
« Support others within other project team, by sharing specialist knowledge and experience
« Work in a multi-disciplined team environment with Architects and other engineering disciplines
« Supervise all aspects of the process group within the China office including staff management and resolution of project and resourcing issues on a daily basis
« Supervise Process engineering project staff to ensure project requirements are met
« Manage and supervise process design solutions, equipment selection and installation
« Monitor and resolve site issues arising during project delivery
« Ensure all project reviews are undertaken and documented consistently across all projects that include process design
« Manage suppliers / contractors and projects, defining the scope of work, agreeing contracts, assisting with the design solution and supervising installation as required
« Manage on-site work, including construction stage services and site commissioning
« Able to take on the responsibilities of a PTL when required
« Liaise with clients, establishing needs and taking briefs before commencing work
« Undertake process design as required to achieve the project objectives
« Manage the process equipment installation within the time, cost and quality parameters agreed with the client
« Work within company‘¦s internal procedures
« Prepare and manage technical specifications and data as required
« Prepare monthly project reports or assist with reports as required
« Work within company‘¦s technical teams, define the scope of work, and coordinate design solutions
« Manage ‘§as-built‘¨ documentation, including commissioning and validation data
« Work within project scope and budgets

Skills Required:: |
1. Nationality: PRC national, live in Shanghai or expat either
Westerner or from Asia another countries
2. Education: Technical or degree qualified in mechanical,
electrical or chemical Engineering
3. Languages: English and Mandarin
4. Age: Flexible
5. Experience:
« Proven process experience in a design consultancy
« Eligibility for membership of a recognized professional Engineering body
« Extensive practical experience in facility design, equipment installation and commissioning is required
« Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable as is a good understanding of national and international GMP standards and validation
« Able to manage several projects simultaneously
« Remain up to date with current and previous projects undertaken by company
« Demonstrate intermediate skills in (but not limited to) Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, File maker, Email and Internet
