AvePoint is seeking a highly-driven and self motivated individual to head up our aggressive sales initiatives in germany. We offer a great compensation package which includes a base salary + an uncapped commission plan. This position requires you to work out of your own home office.
• Provide onsite sales and business development support
• Nurture close relationships and present our products to our largest customers
• Manage and coordinate with our Systems Engineering team for support
• Meet and exceed sales revenue goals
• Ensure customer satisfaction through the entire sales cycle
• Handle account management for assigned territory and accounts
• Guide customers through the purchasing process |
Skills Required:: |
• BA/BA or equivalent degree is a must
• 3 years of relevant sales/ business development experience with at least 1 year sales experience in Enterprise Software, Portal/Collaboration Software, Microsoft Industry, and Microsoft SharePoint
• Demonstrated ability to present effectively, and to sell to high level Fortune 500 accounts
• Strong skills in communication, negotiation, organization, and teamwork
• Ability to travel about 50% of the time
