• Preparation of project schedule, work breakdown structures and allocation of project budget with various resources.
• Tracking of resource, monitoring of critical path and checking of slippage or negative float.
• Presentation of projects plan and its costing to management for information and approval.
• Estimating and costing of various projects according to the IS codes and CPWD practices.
• Rate analysis of different kind of jobs to be taken into the preparation of estimates of the projects for pre and post bidding purpose and checking and verification of bills.
• Work contract preparation for different activities and negotiation with sub-contractors. |
