Position: Oracle/EBS/SCM/CRM Quoting & Order Mgmt. SME
Level: Intermediate
Location: Singapore
Duration: 3-4 months
Rate: Negotiable + expenses
Description/Required Skills:
The customer needs a CRM Quoting and Order Management functional SME for testing support.
Functional experienced in the areas of Quoting and Order Management:
* Integration knowledge from Quoting and other CRM modules to OM,
* Functional experience of Accounts Receivable is a plus
* Have the ability to troubleshoot issues and drive them to closure
* Good communication skills. It will be a priority to ensure client, Oracle, and the Partners are aware of testing status and issues.
Responsibilities:
* On Site Support for ongoing testing activity within Client Partner sites
* Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to testing, co-ordinate with other team members / tracks if required, drive issues to closure.
* Ability to drive the testing schedule within each site. Daily testing goals must be met.
* Maintain and track all open issues against each test script which can not be executed
