| Job Description: |
°1 - Senior Developer/Team Leader: Point of contact to client`s Project manager, this professional will be responsible for controlling the supplier team and make sure the Project Manager guidelines will be followed;
o 1 -Developer/Analyst: be part of the quality assurance team and help reviewing requirements. They will also define test cases and define test scenarios. Skills: UML, J2EE
o 1 - Developer/Designer: prepare the detailed design. Skills: Advanced experience in J2EE, Design Patterns, and UML;
o 1 - J2EE Developer: develop the source code according to architecture and design previously specified. Skills: Experience in Java, J2EE, PL/SQL, intermediate knowledge in UML and design patterns;
o 1 – Developer/Test Analyst: prepare the test plan and detail the test cases. Skills: Previous experience in preparing test cases, test scenarios and test tools;
o 1- Developer/Tester: execute and collect results from the test cases. Skills: Previous experience with test tools.

Skills Required:: |
· At least 3 years previous experience in software conversion;
· Process and Documentation (advanced knowledge with 5 year experience or more): Interactive Development Processes, Unified Modeling Language (UML);
· Architecture and Development Tools (advanced knowledge with 5 year experience or more): qualified J2EE architect and J2EE programmers, JBOSS, Visual Basic 6, Delphi;
· Application Servers (advanced knowledge with 5 year experience or more): WebLogic, Apache/Tomcat;
· Databases: Oracle 10g (PL/SQL) (advanced knowledge with 5 year experience or more), SQL Server 2005 (good experience 2 year or more);
· Familiarity with bug tracking, test tools: Bugzilla, JUnit, JMeter, Selenium
