Qualifications, Duties & Responsibilities:
ETL
•You will be part of the Business Intelligence team and be the team resource for ETL mappings and data integrity.
•3+ years ETL & Data Warehousing methods and technologies.
•Populate databases and map the data from source to target.
SQL
•Lead the effort on all things related to databases, SQL development and SQL architecture.
•Deep knowledge of developing stored procedures in Microsoft SQL Server 2005.
•5+ years of experience coding/optimizing/analyzing Transact-SQL on a Microsoft SQL Server platform.
Other
•Work closely with the business, other IT members and out of state teams to understand, document and design ETL processes and needs.
•Participate in the defining, development and implementation of data warehouse
•Support, design and build the SQL DB’s for the shop floor team and their .NET programming effort.
Preferred Experience/Skills:
•B.S. degree in Computer Science, MIS, Information Technology, or equivalent.
•Prior use of Ascential DataStage 7.1 to process complex source files from legacy system.
•1 - 3 years experience with Ascential DataStage 7.1.
•MicroStrategy 8.1.1
•PeopleSoft Enterprise One
•Manufacturing background
