| Job Description: |
• New business acquisition, handling the complete sales lifecycle.
• Develop and sustain effective new business relationships with clients in order to leverage and set up effective commercial deals.
• The individual would develop and manage sales opportunities from beginning to end including qualification, proposal, final selection, due diligence and closing.
• The working environment would be highly entrepreneurial. Emphasis is given on application of creativity in ones work so as to achieve both the company`s and individual goals.
• Develop and manage a qualified pipeline of targeted opportunities on a continual basis
• Manage assigned accounts by building strong relationships with customers, gaining a thorough understanding of their requirements and long term goals, informing customers of new developments with the service and solutions, facilitating troubleshooting, and resolution of problems.
• Personally develop business strategies to ensure achievement of sales targets, by understanding market requirements, company objectives, and solution capabilities
• Generate revenue by successfully initiating contact with potential customers, forecasting business and market needs, formulating and implementing your personal sales strategy, achieving sales quotas and ensuring customer satisfaction

Skills Required:: |
• The person should be an initiative taker, assertive and also should have a very strong educational and professional background
• The person would be working across geographies and hence it is imperative that one understands the cross geography intricacies and dynamics
• Should have experience in Managed Services or network infrastructure management
• Prior US and European sales experience in Network Infrastructure management / Managed Services Industry will be of added advantage
• Require a dynamic Business Development Manager who has the ability to create new relationships
• Experience in selling services pertaining to business operations involving off-shoring/outsourcing/part sourcing of business processes or services.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial organisation, in both a team and independent environment.
• Willing to work with set targets
