| Job Description: |
We are currently looking for an experienced Field Network Technician. You will be working directly with our clients to support and troubleshoot existing networks. The type of company we serve varies from small (2 - 10 employees) to large (50 - 200 employees) offices. You will need to have the technical skill set to service this range of clients, and the customer service skills / flexibility to function in each of these unique environments. |
Skills Required:: |
Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience
A+ and NET+ certification preferred
Microsoft or Cisco experience preferred
Lotus Notes experience a plus
Linux experience a plus
Juniper experience a plus
Must be able to install, maintain and troubleshoot Microsoft based networks
Must have experience installing and maintaining Microsoft Exchange or Notes Domino
Must be able to adapt to a wide variety of computing environments
Must be dependable, punctual and personable with a positive attitude
Must be customer service oriented
Must be able to work independently and with team members
Must be able to quickly understand IT environments and implement new technologies
Must have strong problem solving skills
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
Must have reliable transportation
