responsibilities
The Project Architect acts as a main designer in the project team and works independently to complete assigned tasked. Primary duties will be competition designs, generating schematic and design development documents. The Project Architect can develop technical/design issues independently, guided by the Project Manager. As a part of the project team, be involved from preliminary design sketches, working models up to creating texts and presentations.

Skills Required:: |
experience / skills
_min. 5 years experience
_familiar with all phases of the design
_autoCAD proficient, revit, sketchup, indesign, photoshop, illustrator
_worked in china or on chinese projects
additional requirements for foreign project architects
_min. 1 year experience in china
_worked independently as conceptual designer in china
_understanding of chinese client`s habits and requirements
_sincere interest in chinese culture and traditions
_patience working with chinese colleagues
_good knowledge of chinese architectural trends and theories
_basic knowledge of chinese building rules and regulations
_small project management experience preferred
additional requirements for Chinese project architects
_min. 1 year experience in foreign company
_ability to communicate in english
_open to new ideas and working procedures
_willing and ability to work with foreign (senior) architects
_good knowledge of international architectural trends and theories
_familiar with chinese building rules and regulations
_can work independently in dd and cd documents
_ability to communicate well with client about the technical issues
