The duties and responsibilties for this role will include handling overall activities of Lines (400/132kV OHL and Cables) commissioning strategic planning, control and review of quality documents, manpower planning budget, training for lines commissioning staff, attending departmental and other meetings, overall checking and supervision of 400/132kV transmission lines (OHL and cables) and activities to obtain quality works.
The transmission lines OHL commissioning of 400/132kV include: construction, erection, supervision, testing/inspection/checking and commissioning of 400/132kV overhead line works.
The Deputy Manager will also be coordinating and managing technical staff related to transmission lines commissioning, prepare technical reports, master schedule etc... You must also have knowledge of computer. IEC,BS,IEE standards and must have thorough safety knowledge on Transmission OHL and cables works and practices.

Skills Required:: |
The minimum basic qualification is a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering for Expatriate with a minimum of 10 yrs experience and a Bachelor Degree/Higher Diploma in Electrical Engineering for UAE Nationals with a minimum of 6 yrs experience.
The minimum alternative qualification is a Diploma in Electrical Engineering for Expatriate with a minimum of 12yrs experience and Diploma/Certificate in Electrical Engineering for UAE Nationals with a minimum of 8yrs experience.
Must have proficiency in English, spoken and written and have a valid UAE driving license.
