Perform technical tasks assigned by Project Commissioning Leader, related to the preparation and execution of the pre-commissioning, commissioning and start up activities.
Interface with engineering disciplines, licensors, vendors and subcontractors
1) Reviews the project technical documentation and the contractual requirements;
2) Ensures safe execution of all commissioning activities through the application of the work permit procedure;
3) Takes part in project planning & scheduling; Prepares the pre-commissioning, commissioning, start up and test run execution plans with the assistance of the Commissioning Leader;
4) Prepares the pre-commissioning, commissioning, start up and handing over procedures with the assistance of Discipline Engineers and the Commissioning Leader;
5) Participates to the review of the test run ( performance test ) procedures and the operating manuals prepared by the Project Process Leaders;
6) Participates to HAZOP review meeting where deemed necessary;
7) Assists Services Purchasing & Subcontracting Department for the definition of subcontractors scope of work;
8) Prepares the commissioning spare parts list & consumables list;
9) Prepares the Purchase Requisitions (RdA) and Technical Evaluation falling within his sphere of responsibility;
10) Reviews the 3D Model for compliance with the pre-commissioning, commissioning and start up requirements and for accessibility & operability;
11) Prepares commissioning System Dossiers;
