Job description
Sales executives Responsible for all sales activities in assigned accounts or regions. In order to maximize the sales of a company`s products in many different settings.
Work activities
• maintaining and developing long-term relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails; administering client accounts;
• visiting potential customers to prospect for new business;
• Identify and resolve client concerns. speaking with clients to understand, anticipate and meet their needs;
• Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge. Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
• persuading clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery;
• acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets;
• Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
• negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales;
• representing the organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations;
• negotiating variations in price, delivery and specifications with clients;
• advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions;
• liaising with suppliers to check on the progress of existing orders;
• checking quantities of goods in stock;
• Recording sales status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals through using CRM system.
• reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets;
• gaining a clear understanding of customers` businesses and requirements;
• making accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with quotations;
• Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up.
• gathering market and customer information, and feeding future buying trends back to the company.
