Job Description:
Technical Knowledge - JAVA and SWING
Financial Knowledge - Market data, Equity, Equities, Derivatives, Options, FIX, finance, trading software, trading, trading applications, junior, mid-level, analytical software, trading system, front-end, computer science
The ideal candidate will have 3 -5 years experience as a Core Java developer. Technical skills with Swing and messaging are mandatory. Experience with Agile development or Extreme programming and FIX protocol will be helpful. There is a focus on GUI development and you will be senior developer and help the team leader. You must be able to take ownership of projects and work independently.
Working experience at a financial firm is a must.
A strong academic background in Computer Science or Engineering is required.
Location: New Jersey, USA
Contract: 6 months
