Real HR is a leading recruitment consultancy based in Dubai.
My client is looking for a Divisional Financial Controller to be based in Dubai working on their property division.
Previous experience is ESSENTIAL, those without need not apply.
Key responsibilities include:
• Complete the consolidation of the various Divisional SRP. To create the LLC SRP and to ensure that the numbers are consistent with the underlying system data, and that the consolidation entries are properly tracked.
• To ensure that all Balance Sheet accounts within the LLC have been properly reconciled on a monthly basis.
• To ensure all Policies and Procedures are being complied with within your areas of responsibility.
• To ensure that there is adequate segregation of duties within all areas under your control.
• To review that stock counts have been carried out on a regular basis, and that -the underlying accounts are adjusted to reflect the results of the physical count within one month of the counts completion.
• To ensure that an adequate Fixed Asset Register is being maintained and that all Fixed Assets on the register are physically verified at least once per year.
• To view the adequacy of existing Policies and Procedures and to advise on changes or new procedures as required.
• To ensure that all Finance Controller responsibilities are met for those areas where no Financial Controller is appointed.
