Educational Qualification Degree related either with Information Systems /Technology or Economics
Experience Range ( Total years and Minimum Relevant Years for the Position ) 10+ Years of Oracle Retail and/or general consulting experience
Extensive experience in selection and implementation of merchandising applications
Job Description:
-Experience on Oracle Retail Products (ORMS, ORIB, ORPM, OReSa, ORIM.
-Team management and good communication and leadership skills.
-Advanced IT skills and a Master on Business Administration are an added advantage
-Willingness to travel anywhere.
-Large program management experience leading diverse teams.
-Possess sufficient experience to interact with senior management on a peer basis.
-We require fluent English (spoken and written), preferably with knowledge of one other language (French, Spanish, or Italian).
-Global knowledge of technologies, applications and market tendencies in these areas (technology, systems, and applications) focused on retail.
-Knowledge in Oracle Retail Products.
-Deep functional understanding of general merchandise and/or grocery industry, including trends and best practices.
Role & Responsibilities:
As a Program Manager you are expected to manage a project or a set of projects, being responsible for delivering the projects on function, on time, on budget, on quality, aligned with the agreed scope and towards client satisfaction.
You will lead and manage the project team by assigning and monitoring tasks, developing and motivating the team members.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for managing projects according to defined methodology and process and to control and assure the quality of the project deliverables.
You are also expected to monitor and control Project costs and expenses against budget and to manage resources work assignments and time and effort dispended.
Throughout each project you assess both project and team members performance and you propose actions for improvement.
Develops strong working relationships with key client stakeholders;
Leads meetings/sessions with the Client at Client different levels, including top and/or middle management;
Actively participates in the conceptual design of new ideas and the preparation of proposals for internal approval;
Advises the client on other IT opportunities that would add value to their business organic revenue growth;
Supports pre-sales and development of proposals and ensures their consistency;
Develops new business opportunities (solutions, proposals or services);
Generates opportunities (Clients Request, Push);
