The Canadian Bureau for International Education, Canadas national non-profit educational organization with over 200 members of Canadian school districts, colleges, and universities, on behalf of the Canadian International School of Egypt (CISE), is seeking the following positions for September 2009:
Kindergarten teachers
Primary Division teachers (Gr. 1-3)
Junior Division teachers (Gr. 4-6)
Intermediate Division teachers (Gr. 7-8)
Core French teachers (teachers of FSL across the elementary grades)
French Immersion Teachers for various assignments (Gr. 1-6)
Teacher Librarian, preferably with both elementary and secondary experience
Senior Mathematics and Science Teacher
Computer Science Teacher
Current annual salary range: $23,000 to $41,200 USD.
Term: 2 year contract
Other benefits include round trip airfare once a year for the teacher and dependents, housing and settling in allowance, 50% tuition reduction for dependent children and shared cost health insurance.
CISE, an Ontario Ministry of Education registered K-12 school, located in Cairo, offers the opportunity to explore a city and region rich in history, archaeology, and culture. Applicants must be certified to teach in Canada, preferably in Ontario.
