| Job Description: |
• Ensure the smooth running of the restaurant.
• Involve in the complete supervision of restaurant operations, including stock control and solving arisen problems.
• Supervise the serving of alcoholic drinks and beverages on the premises to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
• Staff management including arranging duty schedule.
• Ensure maximum guest satisfaction, utilize current manpower control measures to meet and exceed budgeted manpower productivity.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures, decision-making.
• Develop methods and procedures for evaluating guest satisfaction of given food and beverage facilities.
• Ensure highest level of customer care and deal with customer complaints and queries in a professional and timely manner.
• Conduct duties in a courteous, safe and efficient manner, ensure a high level of service is maintained
• Develop and conduct training sessions and/or workshops for all F&B Department personnel. |
Skills Required:: |
• At least 3 years experience in similar position.
• Graduation from College, major in Tourism and Hospitality
• Fluent in English is a must, fluent in any other language is preferred
• Oversea working experience is a plus
• Charming, outgoing personality, responsible individual & high commitment.
•• Strong in analytical, problem solving skills, and execution
of work
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities is a must.
• Ability to work under pressure. |
