Manager/partner needed to take over in the running of a LAN Gaming Center in tullahoma.
3. General Duties And Responsibilities
This is a representative list of the general duties the Event Promoter may be asked to perform and is not intended to be
All-inclusive
· Sell, pitch and manage the booking of rooms for business meetings and gaming uses
· Directs the work of contract personnel including ushers, caterers, event managers and other key points of contact
· Functionally supervises all event support staff including setup crews, etc. As needed
· Explains policies and procedures for use of to clients and the general public
· Advises clients on benefits of as a venue for various business and entertainment gatherings
· Calculates and provides clients all estimates of potential costs incurred in completing an event
· Resolves problems or complaints the public in accordance with established policies and procedures |
Skills Required:: |
· Excellent verbal and communication skills
· General networking and telephony knowledge
· Advanced knowledge of PC platforms and networks (gaming, etc.)
· Skilled in ‘selling’ the benefits of game rooms as a venue to members, businesses, event planners, etc.
· Work effectively in the coordination of events and deal with members and customers
· Proven ability to lead, direct and supervise in an outgoing style |
