Reporting directly to Senior Project Manager
Specifically the role will involve:
- Assisting with the preparation of tender documentation including build ability input
- Responding to queries during the tender period
- Assisting Senior Project Manager with tender analysis and advise client on selection
- Assisting with the contractors establishment on site
- Liaising with contractor and respond to any requests for information
- Attending site meetings as necessary
- Issuing any PMI`s required (working within financial control limits)
- Preparing relevant section of monthly report to the Client
- Monitoring Contractors quality control on site.
- Ensuring contractor complies with all contract conditions.
- Liaising with local residents, answer their queries, and assuage their concerns

Skills Required:: |
Experience, skills and qualifications necessary
- Excellent Interpersonal and organisational skills and ability to work independently and as part of a professional team
- Excellent technical knowledge of the construction of all types of retail properties including defects in construction and construction processes in Romania
- Excellent report writing ability
- Good speaking and writing knowledge of English language is essential
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and other IT packages (training can be provided)
