| Job Description: |
Specifically the role will involve:
- Works with Management Team to develop and operate effective plans and schedules for completion of projects following a logical pattern.
-Tracks all construction schedules and associated costs to achieve completion of project within time and monies allocated.
- Selection and coordination of contractors that will work on behalf of the Landlord for the Landlord work portion of Tenant Improvements and construction projects.
- Review and collaboration of lease agreements to ascertain accurate and viable construction improvements to tenants.
- Administer and follow up with Tenants to assure construction improvement lease requirements are met and conforms to mall guidelines.
- Retrieves and forwards Tenant working drawings to Landlord`s consultants as well as communications involved amongst all parties.
- Evaluate and process requests from Tenants of Construction Allowance to ensure compliance with requirements in Construction Improvements of the lease.
- Responsible for proper administration of construction contracts and for obtaining all necessary permits and schedules from involved contractors to work on ongoing and imminent projects.
- Discuss revisions, changes and additions to construction contractual agreements with architects, consultants, suppliers, contractors.

Skills Required:: |
Experience, skills and qualifications necessary
- Excellent Interpersonal and organisational skills and ability to work independently and as part of a professional team
- Excellent technical knowledge of the construction of all types of retail properties including defects in construction and construction processes in Romania
- Excellent report writing ability
- Good speaking and writing knowledge of English language is essential
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and other IT packages (training can be provided)
