Reporting directly to the Head of department
Specifically the role will involve:
- Construction supervision from commencement
- Lead and motivate the site team to deliver the project within program and quality targets
Whilst ensuring health & safety and company procedures are adhered to
- Manage the supply chain to ensure the project runs smoothly and develop a proactive approach on site.
- Cost planning and managing variations with the Quantity Surveyor.
- Progress reporting on program, budget and quality of work throughout.
- Client liaison and developing relationships
- Management of the site team and subcontractors

Skills Required:: |
Experience, skills and qualifications necessary
- Excellent Interpersonal and organisational skills and ability to work independently and as part of a professional team
- Excellent technical knowledge of the construction of all types of retail properties including defects in construction and construction processes in Romania
- Excellent report writing ability
- Good speaking and writing knowledge of English language is essential
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and other IT packages (training can be
provided)
- Experience required of large retail projects
- You should have a proven track record of successfully managing the construction
process.
- The successful candidate will need to have a balanced stable career with main contractors and long employment periods
