| Job Description: |
For our dynamic structural steel erection team, we are looking for an EHS Manager and EHS Engineer with the following qualifications:
Responsibilities:
To create overall HSE Philosophy as a highest level of HSE applications with zero accident policy
Establishing the safety management system for project according to the client requirements
Administering training and programs according to client’s mainframe.
Administering periodic HSE inspections and audits of structural steel erection workforce and supervision.
Administering of necessary HSE documentation.
Monitoring the HSE department actions and reporting to the client.
Attending HSE Meetings with client
Enforcing policies and safety programs.
Conducting periodic HSE inspections and audits training of structural steel erection workforce and supervision.
Preparation of necessary HSE documentation.
Training preperation for new comers
Giving HSE inductions for all personnel
Regular site audits
Participating Operational Risk Assessment Meetings
Providing construction/commissioning HSE support
All levels HSE Documentation
Commenting procedures and plans
To perform the inspections of unsafe acts and conditions
Accident and Near Miss reporting |
Skills Required:: |
- Engineering Degree
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of MS Office Programs
- Minimum 8 years experience as EHS Manager/Engineer, preferably in structural steel erection works
- Able to take initiatives and rigorous |
