· University Degree in Engineering.
· Membership of a professional Institution
· Fluent in English Language.
· 20 years International Experience
· 15 years of experience in similar projects
· 5 years as a project manager
· Previously performed the duties of the Engineer on at least one major project.
· Extensive experience of D & B contracts (FIDIC), Design experience, Construction Supervision experience, Highway and Bridge engineering, experience of Claims and contractual matters.
· Have worked on at least one project of over Euro 200 m and two of over Euro 100m, and have worked in conditions similar to those in Romania.
Expected Input 21 m. months starting March 2009
