Field Maintenance Engineers required by our client to support its Long Term Service Agreements in Luanda, Angola and provide in country technical support and field service. . Candidates should be Angolan nationals with excellent written and verbal english skills.
The Field Maintenance Engineer will provide a full professional service to the Project Manager to ensure minimised downtime and provide fault finding/diagnostic advice to Field Maintenance Engineers and other Technical Support staff in the Company.
The key responsibilities are to ensure that activity on site is carried out in a professional manner to maximise the availability of the equipment.
Work will be varied from removing engines, carrying our boroscopes and installing the equipment (this may mean managing sub contractors on site).
You will be the customer interface for the Business and provide both technical support and a field service role.
Candidates must be prepared (at short notice) to work outside Angola and to also provide technical support outside normal working hours, in response to unscheduled breakdown events.
The Field Maintenance Engineer would also be responsible for writing reports detailing issues with tooling, parts shortages and overall progress with respect to the job.
You will be available on a call out basis, good paid overtime will be available. |
