| Job Description: |
Global Financial giant requires senior IT project/delivery manager to drive and manage business critical applications and BPM Group in its global BPO centre in Manila, Philippines. Lead this team of development and BPM professionals supporting major financial functions of the organisation and building the applications of change.
To be successful in this role you will need to be a senior applications project or delivery manager with a minimum 10 years management experience. Specific experience and skills will include:
• Current project, programme or delivery manager of complex, multi-stream development projects.
• Display career progression from Developer to Project Manager while retaining your technical knowledge of Java, J2EE and Oracle based technologies. Integration, ETL and BPM tools and processes knowledge highly regarded.
• Big name consulting experience supporting IT focused business process re-engineering and change for Investment Banking clients, or alternatively an in-house senior development/change role in a global investment bank.
• Track record of managing stakeholders at all levels in an organisation.
• Excellent communication and people skills to lead, motivate and mentor a large team of IT professionals.
This VP level position is a critical role supporting major change in this Global Financial Group. An appropriate remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate including assistance with relocating to Manila and other senior executive benefits.
