Main Responsibilities:
-Create and implement a communication strategy meant to increase terminal products sales amount.
-Indentify and actively seek online/offline media and begin cooperation with them.
-Create PR angles and marketing buzz, which should include writing general editorial copy for external publications.
-Evaluate marketing communication strategies and provide post-analysis for each campaign.
-Develop PR budget and control expenses.
-Filing and updating media database.
-Develop media contacts and relationship.

• Timely and accurate day-to-day transaction / translation processing activities involving usage of Foreign language (Spanish).
• Translation or transaction processing into the Foreign Language (Spanish) or from Foreign Language (Spanish) to English
• Handling and closing escalations on IT and network related issues
• Taking part in projects, language learning circles and language training.
• Handling language translations/interpretations as and when required.
• Taking part in and driving quality and efficiency projects
• Reporting, analyzing, reviewing metrics to find out root cause and corrective action plan and execution of the same.
