Description of work
· Defining a "tactical" purchasing route with both internal departments Engineering, Sales, Quality, Logistics, Production Engineering, Planning and Production as suppliers, and implement it as a project manager.
· Performance of market research with the aim of expanding the existing supplier base;
· Specify and preparing tender in close cooperation with Engineering, Sales, Quality and Production
· Care of communication with suppliers regarding requests, quotations, and supplies (window) contracts;
· Evaluate received tenders with respect to quality, price and delivery terms and advise management and / or parent company about the supplier;
· Visit suppliers and perform suppliers audits in collaboration with the departments Engineering and Quality;
· Negotiation, within established attorney, with suppliers on quality, price and delivery terms;
· Making and concluding (window) contracts and delivery terms with suppliers and the care of its administrative work;
· Transfer of the fixed price and delivery terms to the Planning Department and assist in the handling and / or solution of possible problems or disputes with suppliers;
· Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers;
· Execution of operations, and purchasing in particular, and as determined and commissioned by the Purchasing Manager Turbo.

· Motivating advice on suppliers, a senior and / or parent company;
· Tuning of work colleague Purchasers;
· Various internal departments on various matters regarding Purchasing as project status, project specification, suppliers about the suppliers evaluation, discussions on current production parts, logistical matters;
· Suppliers for the full purchase route.
