| Job Description: |
A leading financial software company is looking for SAP Software Development Manager responsible for managing SAP integration development activities within our globally spread integration team, including ABAP development to fulfill integration requirements. Integration involves Java development for enterprise services, Interface development for data, application, and process integration using SAP PI (XI) and other techniques.
As SAP Software Development Manager you will be responsible for:
· Managing the team dedicated to development activity, providing oversight to work plan and coordinating program milestones with day-to-day work activities across all phases of the project.
· Reporting progress towards set goals, identify key risks, develops mitigation strategies, actively manage scope and approach of software development.
· Providing development recommendations, options and pros/cons on potential changes to implementation scope and functionality. In addition, will define development standards, processes, procedures and best practices.
· Provide leadership to ensure team consistently meets goals.
· Imparting technical knowledge across all related technologies to team.
· Provide tools and techniques for team to deliver project.
· Ensuring sense of ownership of solution.
· Ensuring quality of deliverables to high standards.
· Develop and manage work plan and resources for overall team.
· Ensure timely issue identification, resolution, and appropriate escalation.
· Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as required.
· Document all relevant integration information.
· Coordinate the development processes.

Skills Required:: |
Skills and Experiences:
Required:
· Bachelor`s degree or equivalent work experience.
· 10+ years of SAP Technology/Development experience.
· Broad knowledge across multiple aspects of SAP technology (i.E., ABAP, PI, XI, ALE, IDocs, BAPIs, BADIs, RFC, etc) and systems.
· Large size Integration Experience.
· Proven ability to build, lead and manage a team.
· Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to communicate at all levels within the organization.
· Business fluency in English.
Preferred:
· Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Management Information Systems or other technical degree.
· Experience with Software Development methodologies and tools (e.G., ASAP, Solution Manager).
· Knowledge in SAP functional module like SCM, GTM and TRM will be plus.
· Multiple full lifecycle implementations of SAP solutions.
· Experience managing development in a heterogeneous environment.
· Experience managing outsourced development teams.
Preferred other requirement:Valid US/UK visa holder. Open to travel.
