The Management Trainee shall be on probation for one year .During this time they will only learn about the organization and work culture of Sharp Group . There is a possibility of sending the Trainee abroad in other countries also in the Sharp Group organizations for an international exposure . After a probation of one year the Trainee will be absorbed as Manager in the Company .The specializations can be Finance , Marketing , Information Systems , Human Resource and Industrial Relations .During probation the stipend shall be INR 15,000 per month with a company accommodation and a chauffer driven car for official duties . |
