Project execution, concept to commissioning- technical & commercial, and coordination with consultant, internal coordination, operation & maint, process optimization of Coal Gasification plant.
Identifying new projects as per the Business Plan, Study the feasibility of the projects in terms of location, resources etc ; reviewing multiple projects at a time . Must possess strong ability to prioritize key initiatives, develop business cases for budgets and resource investments and align multiple operating units towards common business development goals is mandatory requirement.

Skills Required:: |
Expat professionals with substantial international experience in leadership positions in its works / organization in India
· The ideal candidate will be an engineering graduate ( Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical) with 25- 30 years of experience in Heading some latest Coal Gasification plants .
· Must posses excellent knowledge of latest Gasification Technology, Gasification Systems etc .
· He should be an internationally experienced professional, with extensive knowledge and experience, willing to work in India.
· Excellent English communication skill sets, Strong interpersonal & people management skills, teamwork , leadership & decision making , creativity & Innovativeness in operations & systems , Strong, customer / client orientation and organizational skills are a must to succeed in this role at all interfaces. Individual must be self motivated, team oriented, and a good communicator. Proficient in use of Project Coordination Computer soft wares. Ability to work under pressure.
