KRA’s for this position is to Institutionalize Efficient Processes in the Project Environment without compromising Project urgencies and exigencies to all concurrent Projects ; Liaison with all Directors and Heads of Project Finance Teams to ensure timely actions for providing all relevant information to Banks, FI`s and other stakeholders; Build competent Team for smooth operations of Power Plant .
- Conceptualizing the green field project from sketch to delivery.
- Project planning
- Deep understanding of equipment sourcing & Negotiation skills for reducing the cost of project
- Regular progress review with all agencies responsible to complete the project within time bound schedule
- Sound knowledge of global and domestic vendors
- Man power allocation, tap all the desired resources needed and provide leadership to entire project team
- Prepare commissioning documents & checklist for commissioning activities

Skills Required:: |
The ideal candidate will be an engineering graduates (especially in Mechanical / Electrical) with 25- 30 years of experience in Heading coal based Mega Power plants projects with outstanding international success track record with sound business acumen. He would be responsible right from the Strategizing , planning, Bidding till the Execution of the project. He shall head the Energy SBU and marshal a team for crystallizing the vision and mission of the Company. Provide Leadership to Power Business of the Group and take charge of all Planned Green field Projects Power Projects in India and its implementation as per Cost & Time budgets. |
