We are currently recruiting for a Software Development company who is looking to recruit an experienced Software Support Consultant to join a talented team in their offices in Nicosia.
Duties:
•Become an expert in the company’s software products
•Undertake software installations for customers
•Provide technical support to customers
•Travel offsite to provide support and training
Requirements:
•Excellent knowledge of IT Systems
•Strong analytical and interpretational skills
•Ability to travel within Cyprus
•Excellent spoken and written Greek and English
•University or College qualifications in subjects related to Information Technology
•At least 3 years of experience in a relevant position
