General Description:
Responsible to manager Lead generation & enrolment specialist by tracking their performance, maintain schedule, training & mentor to improve performance & making sales calls for business units.
The Production Manager will:
Attend all meetings related to LG & ES
Be the point of contact for Managers in Austin & PK
Respond to all queries from CS for ES
Interaction with mid-east OSHA prospects.
Find outside contractors, negotiate engagement
terms and get agreements signed and approved
Supervision of Enrollment & Lead Generation
teams.
Grow people to the right direction & knowledge to
enhance Sales & Customer Service Skills

3 year software Certification
6-7 years relevant experience including supervision
