Key Goals:
Effectively responds to clients concerns and
queries with courtesy and professionalism
Communicates with customers via phone, e-mail or
chat
Assist clients with troubleshooting level 1 technical
problems with course player or website
Focuses on delivering a positive customer
experience
Strong interpersonal skills; professional, courteous,
friendly, and empathetic
Resolve complex customer issues
Performs other duties as assigned by
management.
Maintain acceptable phone productivity statistics
Maintain acceptable quality audit scores
Bilingual preferred but not required (Spanish)
Must be available to work from 7:30 am – 7pm
