| Job Description: |
The Operations Manager reports to the Deputy GM of Debbane Freres (DF) and oversees the Logistics Department, Credit and Customer Service, Administration and the Branches. His main duties and responsibilities are to:
•Suggest improvements and implement changes to Company policies and procedures, processes and operations relevant to Logistics, Credit and Customer Service and Administration.
•Manage all operations and refer to the Deputy GM when necessary.
•Manage the Credit and Customer Service Department in coordination with the Finance Department.
•Plan and organize all logistics (purchasing, inventory, warehousing, transportations, and distribution of stock…)
•Manage the operations in the Administration Department (labeling, facility and equipment maintenance, …)
•Manage the Sales Team and assist in developing and implementing Sales Policies and Procedures
•Assist on special projects when requested by the Deputy GM
