Our client is searching for a senior affiliate account manager to join and ultimately manage its growing team. The ideal candidate will be a sales oriented, self motivated, internet savvy person with strong leadership and interpersonal skills as well as very good communication and presentation skills.
Job description
· Manage affiliates and partners relations and optimize performance
· Negotiate individual terms with affiliates.
· Recruit new potential affiliates via all channel include participant in international conventions.
· Initiate ideas for affiliate promotions and incentives to increase revenue streams.
· Provide e-marketing tools in order to maximize performance
· Analyze affiliate profitability and activity.

Skills Required:: |
Requirements
Fluent in English (speaking and writing) – a must (additional European languages – a plus)
University degree in marketing, economics, business or similar
At least 3 years experience in online account management and international business experience- a must.
Experience in the field of online gaming or affiliate management- a serious advantage.
Experience in working towards and achieving ambitious set targets. |
