Job : Sr. Delivery Expert, permanent postion
FLSA Status: Exempt
Location : New Jersey
Basic Purpose
-Work closely with Onsite Delivery as well as Sales Team during the TELECOM (Telecom , Communications) Sales Cycle as an SME / GDM expert.
-Design and develop Telecom solutions to address complex corporate priorities, business needs and application problems that can generate long term value and
strategic advantage.
-Work closely with Offshore TELECOM delivery team in creating TELECOM solutions.
-Ability to craft solutions leveraging Collabera capabilities meeting client’s requirement;
-Contribute actively to proposal/pitch preparation for a given client requirement
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Domain Expert
-Participate in TELECOM sales calls as the Collabera subject matter expert (SME)
-Preparation of domain collateral to be used in the Sales pitch;
-Work closely with offshore Delivery team to conceptualize domain intensive solutions to meet customer needs
-Assist in preparation of proposals and responses to RFI/RFP
-Provide thought leadership in areas of expertise; Contribute in creation of white papers and other “point of view” type publications
-Up to date knowledge of industry trends and leading developments
-Actively assist in formulating growth strategy for TELECOM
-Experience with Telecom Convergence around Voice, Data & Video services as it relates to their impact on OSS systems.
Solution Architecture
-Provide domain expertise and sales support in a delivery leadership role.
-Lead in all aspects of the proposing, designing and implementing Telecom OSS/BSS solutions and related components.
-Understand client specific requirements and create solutions.
-Handle Client interactions independently
-Evaluate solution options and make recommendations to clients
-Assist in preparation of white papers and case studies for field distribution and presentation to clients
-Key contributor to customer RFI, RFP and RFQ responses, involve in customer discussions, business /technical consulting, provide solutions and estimate effort.
-Interact with CXO level and make presentations
-Review plans, architecture and strategies
-Work with the TELECOM delivery team to create and enhance solution offerings and go-to market strategies
-Lend a high-touch consultative approach to the selling process
-Demonstrate skills as a SME and convince client regarding the validity and approach of the solution
-Contribute in creation of go-to market strategy for the new solutions / offerings.

Skills Required:: |
OSS / BSS , COT`s Product Experience such as IBM Vallent , Netcool , Provisio , Metasolv , Amdocs , BSCS , Siebel , Comptel , Comverse.
Expertise in eTOM , NGOSS , SID Standards and SOA. |
