The Brief
The Human Resource Management Information Administrator is responsible for providing support to HR team. They are responsible for providing data analysis/management reporting; payroll and compensation & benefits.
Key Responsibilities
* HR Management System: Develop an in-depth understanding of the functionality of the HR Management Systems to ensure effective and efficient changes to employee information and new hire data.
* Compensation & Benefits: Driver of stock administration including collecting and registering notices of grants for new hires. Auditing of salary focal and bonus programme - supporting HR with ad-hoc and standard reporting throughout the cycles. Support in market data analysis as required in conjunction with corporate compensation and benefits. Participate in Job levelling and architecture review process.
* HR Management Information: Act as key partner to finance in driving the headcount tracking and reconciliation processes. Work with the HR leadership team to develop suite of metrics and reports to measure organisational and team performance. Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting as required by the HR Director.
* Process Design: Responsible for developing and working with the business and HR teams to implement automation that minimise complexity and drive efficiency
* Staffing Administration: Generating offer and contract paperwork for selected candidates. Updating appropriate systems and stakeholders to ensure smooth and seamless onboarding experience. Work with local government agencies in delivery of statutory reporting requirements.
* Payroll: Prepare final settlements paperwork and partnering with local suppliers to ensure smooth execution of monthly payroll cycle. Update payroll to include directives for ESPP changes, bonuses and employee referral bonuses
* Project Work: Undertaken specific project work to enhance the HR function in Client`s including developing knowledge of total rewards
Pre-requisite Knowledge, Skills and Experience
* Expert level MS Excel skills
