| Job Description: |
The model for recruit-train-deploy means that the entry level trainees (basically fresher’s) are inducted into the hi end training program on a full time basis for a period of 6 Months, wherein they receive a stipend of Rs.5000/- per month. Post training they are inducted into the Project Knowledge & Development Centre based at Chennai or project office as a shadow consultant to harness their skills in implementing the knowledge and skill in the real time scenario for a period of 2 to 3 months. Once they are ready that is they have the capability and competency to execute projects in Web 2.0, E Learning, independently; they are deployed and made permanent into their relevant areas. Salaries will range between Rs.7,000 to Rs.12,000 per month. |
