B.Sc. degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering
Eight years of experience in civil structural engineering or architectural

Study Consultant produced design. Co-ordinate and develop shop drawings, MEP works, structural specifications and calculations. Finalizing the as built drawings in accordance with the specifications and contract terms. Monitoring design related activities and ensure that they are performed in a timely manner and in line with contract requirements. Executing endorsed plans and programs to achieve set goals. Implementing the produced design and ensure full and detailed co-ordination. Reproducing shop drawings when necessary and finalizing the as-built drawings according to the specifications and contract conditions.Correlating the drawings with contract requirements and ensuring that relevant codes and regulations are being incorporated and followed. Prepare, revise and approve requests for information (RFIs) submitted to the client. Providing on-site technical assistance to the project staff and efficiently solve technical problems. Ensuring that all discrepancies related to contract interpretation, shop drawings finalization and specifications incorporation were resolved in a professional manner. Leading technical meetings with consultants, subcontractors and clients. Engaging in the development of systems and procedures related to the practice of engineering activities and making sure that all drawings and related documents are being properly communicated and maintained. Assist in making sure that all clients claims are being resolved and their requirements are being met as appropriate regarding the building drawings. Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by the Project Manager. Preparing periodic reports with respect to the department’s activities progress to be submitted to the Project Manager and client. Coordinating with the Engineering Department at the Head Office to obtain drawings, communicate modifications and technical assistance. Consultants – who produced the design. Sub-constructors – shop drawings of major packages. External parties such as the local council and other third parties involved.
