Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties in the Accounts & Admin Department
- Book keeping/data entry of accounts receivable and payable
- Handle bank reconciliation
- Prepare suppliers payment and invoices to customers
- Manage petty cash and claims
- Calculate overtime and leaves
- Purchasing functions
- Receiving goods and issuing
- Arrangement of shipment
- Attending incoming calls

Skills Required:: |
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level/Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Words and Power Point
- Experience in Myob accounting software would be advantageous
- Meticulous in handling figures and able to perform well under minimal supervision
- Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin
