Job Title: Sr. Sales Accounts Manager
Location: Thailand
Overview:
The focus for this position is on the End-to-end solutions business in Thailand.
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for opening, qualifying and closing sales opportunities working closely with the South East Asia sales team.
2. Develop a sales pipeline to support future sales and business planning.
3. Manage the day to day sales process in the nominated accounts and provide sales management with timely and account updates, sales forecasts and take the lead in account planning activities with other team members.
4. Build, maintain and manage relationship with customers leading to generation of sales leads and qualification of sales accounts.
5. Work closely with Business Consulting team to design solution and quantify benefit.
6. Prepare proposal / presentation material to convince value of the solution to client`s top management and prepare contract leading to timely closing of sales opportunities.
7. Provide direction and work cross-functionally with division account teams.
8. Complete territory/account management to put the region in growth orbit.
9. Manage in-country partners to manage channel business.
Qualifications:
1. Graduate preferably Chemical engineer with process industry experience
2. 8 - 10 years direct sales experience, particularly in related field
3. Higher qualification, like MBA, or Advanced Diploma in IT or Computers is preferred
4. Proven track record of achieving sales targets
5. 50% traveling expected
6. Must be able read, write in Thai and English.
